Return & Exchange Policy

– You can return an item within 21 days after receiving.

-We provide exchanges if the size doesn’t fit.

– The item must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

– Sale items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

-We are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking number.

-For exchange, we will ship your new item once we receive the original.

 

How to Return or Exchange

1. Please contact us at info@geenarhendy.com to initiate your return or exchange.

2. Kindly follow the instructions provided to package and label appropriately.

3. For International Returns: Please label the customs form as ‘RETURNED GOODS – ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.’ Any customs duties charged to GEENARH ENDY due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from your refund.
